August 2007 release of Final Permit (anticipated):

• EPA review completed
• TCEQ Commissioners briefings underway
• Must make it on a Commissioner’s agenda (Aug?, Sep.?)
• The permit is issued with the response to comments
• MS4 has 180 days after permit issuance to make submittal of NOI and SWMP
• January 2008 (anticipated) Deadline for NOI and SWMP submittal by MS4
