RCC Development Review Web Tool

The RCC Development Review Web Tool assists local governments in meeting
State law consultation requirements, while also meeting the Joint Land Use
Study recommended goal of providing a voluntary peer review process to
enhance communication. The system provides a clearinghouse to discuss various project types including parcel-specific zoning changes, height obstructions, site plan applications, and special exceptions. It also provides a forum for discussion on broader long-term project review, such as comprehensive plan updates, zoning ordinance language, and capital improvement plans for public buildings. The system can also accommodate other project types on an as-needed basis such as utility plans, construction permits, subdivision plats, and other specialty permits and projects.

Use of a web-based tracking tool was recommended by the RCC Development Review Subcommittee in order to provide a database tracking system which utilizes automation through e-mail notifications. A mapping feature is also included in the system to enhance the sharing of location information on each project.  System users include voting members of the RCC and their designated staff, NAS Fort Worth, JRB staff, NCTCOG staff, and other special districts as needed. Each project uploaded for review by a system user includes contact information, project location information based on county appraisal district identifying numbers, a project description, and a deadline for comments.

RCC Users - Click this link to submit new projects for review and comment on projects submitted by others.  In addition, you can view group contact information and update your personal account information.
