Mobility 2035
Mobility 2035: The Metropolitan Transportation Plan for North Central Texas was adopted by theRegional Transportation Council of the North Central Texas Council ofGovernments on March 10, 2011. Due to a reduction in anticipated revenue, Mobility 2035 represented a significant shift in the way the region planned for transportation improvements. Mobility 2035 saw the deferral of over $45 billion in transportation improvements from previous planning efforts. Mobility2035 sought to maximize the existing transportation system, implement programs to change travel behavior, and to strategically invest in infrastructure.
