The Regional Transportation Council (RTC) awarded approximately
$40 Million for Sustainable Development Infrastructure
projects in the nine-county area through the 2005-2006
Sustainable Development Call for Projects in April 2006.

- City of Dallas – Woodall Rodgers Cross Street Sidewalk Reconstruction
- City of Duncanville – Center Street Townhomes and Mixed-Use Planned Development
- City of Frisco – Frisco SD Project
- City of Garland – Transit-Oriented Connectivity Project
- City of Irving – Las Colinas Urban Center LRT
