The North Central Texas Council of Governments' Public Works Council (PWC) hosted the 15th Annual Public Works Roundup on May 21, 2014 at the Ruthe Jackson Center in Grand Prairie. Each year's Roundup brings together public works professionals from across the region to communicate and coordinate on current and emerging regional public works issues.
