Floodplain Administrators/CRS Users Group

In partnership with the Texas Floodplain Management Association, the next North Central Texas Floodplain Administrators/CRS Users Group meeting is Wednesday, February 27th, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. at the NCTCOG offices. The theme for this meeting is NOAA Atlas 14. Mikaela Mahoney, USACE, will talk about the development of NOAA Atlas 14 Volume 11 (Texas), results in the North Texas region, and how to access the information. Then, Jameson Courtney and Karl McArthur, City of Austin, will discuss how they are updating their floodplain management regulations and drainage manual in response to the new data. Attendees will receive a certificate for proof of two (2) CECs for their CFM License.

Lunch is available for a cost of $10, and will be from Jason's Deli. If you would like to purchase the lunch option, please check the box during registration. You will then be directed to the NCTCOG payment page where you can pay with a credit or debit card. Please pay in advance; cash and checks will not be accepted at the meeting. Lunch will be available at 11:45 a.m. and the meeting will begin at 12 p.m.
