Construction Contracts Training - Evaluations

Description:

The administration of a construction contract can be one of the most important aspects of public infrastructure management.  This 4-hour course will cover how to effectively utilize construction contract documents,  avoid common pitfalls, and build successful relationships with contractors so that your project will turn out to be a success.  Even with detailed designs and intensive planning, unforeseen circumstances may arise in any construction project.  By understanding the structure of contract documents and how to avoid common pitfalls, you will be able to effectively keep your project moving and build a successful relationship with your contractor. This course will help you to develop a better understanding of construction contract administration and help prepare you to handle issues that arise during a construction project.
