Project Number: 047 Parcel ID(s): A1411-1, A 262-4 Project Description: The City of Fort Worth is requesting a zoning change to create airport compatible land use zoning districts at the ends of the runway of the Naval Air Station Fort Worth Joint Reserve Base (NASJRB). This new overlay district will be located within the Clear Zones and Accident Potential Zones (APZs). The airport compatible land use will ensure that new and expanded incompatible uses are not permitted within the APZ’s. The regulations will include information from the Land Use Compatibility Chart, which was created for the base as part of their Air Installation Compatible Use Zone (AICUZ) study. As with any zoning district, land uses will be reviewed at the time of permitting or change of use to determine if the use is allowed.
