Project Description:  Project is a replat of 4 separate pieces of property into 1 large lot. Lots 19 & 20 currently have a church (Indian Oaks Primitive Baptist Church) built on them, lots 1B & 2B were a residential house which was purchased by the church and then demolished. This property along with the 2 current properties are being replatted into the 1 lot to clean everything up for the church. The portion of the property which was the residential home will eventually be used for additional church parking.

Jack Adkison City of River Oaks 7/14/2014 I have no problem with this as presented. I would discourage any expanson of the actual building for more people.
Randy  Skinner Planning Manager 7/16/2014 Churches are not compatible with APZ-1. However, I understand this to be a replat to clean up the property where the church currently sits, with no additional structures proposed. I see no problems with the intended project.
