Project Description:  The proposed site is located within NSJRB Overlay and outside of the APZ I and II. The applicant intends to construct varying sized, three story multifamily buildings, a clubhouse, and small maintenance building with a total of over 429,000 sf. Randy  Skinner Planning Manager 11/2/2015 This type of development appears to be generally incompatible for the 65-69 DNL zone. If constructed, sound attenuation efforts should be made to achieve NLR of at least 25 decibels.
