Project Description: The site is located east of Benbrook Highway south of Ewing street and is in the southern most portion of the airport overlay. The site is currently used as a small animal care facility with outdoor exercise area. The applicant is proposing to expand the uses to include a canine day care facility and continue with the outdoor exercise area. The overall size of the building is not expected to increase. The site is not located within the APZ 1 or 2 and the uses are only limited by the City of Fort Worth zoning standards.
