Suzanne Meason	City of Lake Worth	3/28/2018	It appears that the project falls within the 65dB noise contour. According to the land use compatibility in noise zones document "educational services" would be an allowable use, but would require extensive sound attenuation measures to meet the 25 NLR. This should be taken into consideration during the permitting phase of the project to ensure measures are put in place to reduce the sound. Other than that, staff has no objections to the proposed project.
