With a large portion of the proposed tract of land being in the APZ II, single family dwelling units are allowed, but their density is suggested to be limited to 1-2 dwelling units per acre maximum. Per the guidelines if this were a Planned Unit Development for housing in which there are large open space areas then the density might be able to be increased, but don't know if this would be that case here as it appears to just be single family residences requested. I would also recommend for applicable sound attenuation for anything newly constructed. |

Concur with Suzanne Meason.
(1) Single family housing units are ONLY considered compatible within APZII if density considerations are met (one to two Du/Ac).
(2) Single family housing units within current noise contours are considered incompatible, with expectations made for that during construction, methods are incorporated for noise reductions of: Noise Level Reduction (NLR ) of at least 25 Decibels (dB) from outdoor to indoor.
