The DoD land use compatibility recommendation guidelines cite professional office buildings in the 65-70 db noise contour as compatible land use, no noise mitigation requirements. NAS JRB finds no objections to zoning change request.

Mike Coleman	City of Westworth Village	3/22/2022	I have no issue with the zoning change from RESIDENTIAL to OFFICE. It makes better sense for the lot.
