Project Description: The new property owner wishes to change the zoning district from PC Planned Commercial, which is an obsolete zoning district within the city to C Commercial for the use of an office and storage yard for his construction business. This is an existing building, which was previously used commercially already. I apologize for the late notice on the project, thought I had it entered, but had actually overlooked it.
