The primary method to control pollutant runoff into impaired water bodies is the use of best management practices (BMPs). Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs) BMPs are devices, practices, or methods that are used to manage pollutants below TMDL limits. The North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) has collaborated with regional stakeholders to compile a database of resources that will help expand adoption of BMPs for TMDLs.

If you would like to include additional BMPs to the library or have questions about the TMDL program please contact Cassidy Campbell at 817-608-2368 or ccampbell@nctcog.org.
